Since its beginning, founder marcio zouvi has had the vision of creating a company that would have an
open door to the customer. Establishing a friendly enviroment in which the surfer’s satisfaction and feed
back is key.
We try not to be as corporate as some of the competition is, even though we still have to run a business
like everyone else.
We are partner only with the top suppliers in the market for the best materials and invest in experimenting and
testing new construction methods frequently, so our customers would have always what is the leading edge
in technology and surfboard construction.

DESIGN TECHNOLOGY
SHARP EYE is the first in california to adopt the surfcad system to its production line. As one of the most
advanced system in the industry, surfcad utilizes state-of-the-art software and computer numerical control
machinery.
The software allows the shaper to create the entire design on screen. Rocker, outline, rails, and concaves
are all built according to the shaper’s concept. The machinery pre-cuts blanks with incredible accuracy and
resolution, leaving only the job of fine tuning to the shaper.
As the owner of both the software and machinery, sharp eye has leaped to a complete in-house production,
controlling all phases of the production.
Every single surfboard made by us, either custom or stock, has an id number, which is stored digitally.
This id number offers the customer the unique advantage of ordering the exact same board, or to add some
changes to it, if desired.
The system offers enormous benefits and unlimited possibilities in surfboard design.

The glider is one of our top all around designs. It has a wider 1980’s outline combined with a low entry rocker and a triple concave bottom.
Fast and maneuverable for those small summer days. Should be ordered 2 to 4 inches shorter than your normal board and ½ to 1 inch wider.
It has the same rocker and foil as the sb-x without the deep concave. The result is an extremely loose board that turns on a dime. This
design excells in windy beach breaks.

This design has the same magic rocker as the gl-1. The bottom is a single to a double concave of the tail. The wide nose allows the surfer to

It was inspired by the early 80’s twin fin designs. It has a small trailer fin increasing the drive and projection.It should be ordered 3 to 5

This is not a retro design. It was created for high performance small wave surfing. The bottom was updated to allow tighter turns. It has
a low entry rocker and triple concave bottom. The deck if flatt and the rails are full. It can be order with five fins set up.
This board was first created for the tall, experienced surfer.
It has the most extreme rocker of all shortboards and a very distinct forward volume. The results are incredible. It is fast and feels solid
underfoot. We also tried it in smaller versions for some of our team riders, and everyone was stoked.

This design was created using the same rocker and foward foil as off the sbt model. It has a deep single concave. We changed the
outline for a more fuller version, similar than the gl1. It has an incredible speed and looseness.
You can ride as a normal shortboard or order 2 to 4 inches shorter than a normal board and ½ to 1 inch wider.

New design created for small to medium surf. It is a high performance small wave board that allows you to surf like your normal short
board.The bottom has the most amount of rocker than all other small wave designs and the outline is wider than the glider model. You
will go fast and turn tight on those small but fun days. It should be order 4 to 6 inches smaller than your regular short board.
It was designed from the glider model aiming for an advanced stronger surfer. The bottom is a deep single concave with a low entry rocker and
low tail lift.It will fell stiff if you have noodle legs but will be the fastest board ever.The rails are full and the outline is wider on the nose area.

This design was introduced to allow the surfer to tackle small surfing conditions and rip just like if he was using his shorty.

It was developed targeting large and hollow surf. The bottom is equipped with a reverse vee , double concave combo. It has solid control

This is the first design of the “x” series. The low nose entry rocker, high tail exit, forward thickness, flatter deck and deeper triple concave
are the main features of this board. It likes to drive off the back foot and go vertical.
