is -0mm +2mm. Frames are manufactured
and assembled to +0mm -2mm.
Distance from edge of packer plate
to centre of stud is to be no more
than 100mm maximum. Packing height
not to exceed 10mm without the
introduction of a mortar bed.
TFLSPK89 Packer (89x40mm)
EOS frame securely fixed to concrete floor
using 1 No. Tapcon (EOS21) through centre hole @
centres to suit vertical studs, through Simpson TFLS with
E-Packers to suit. E-Packer to be temporary fixed with
Hilti X-DNI nail or similar approved.
For 100mm frames use the TFLS bracket in the
orientation as shown above with the TFLSPK89 packer
(89x40mm).
For 150mm frames use the TFLS bracket in the other
orientation with the TFLSPK140 packer (140x40mm)
Base of frame to be pilot drilled to
allow fixing to pass through E-packer.
