Backyard Lights
General purpose lights used in backyard parties and in smaller tents. These lights
are made from a high impact PVC composite and include globe light sets, floor
lamps and chandeliers. The Backyard Light Series from Eureka! works perfectly
in smaller tents like our Traditional and Elite Party Canopies, as well as our Vista
Peak-Top Frame Canopy.
Event Series
The next step up from the Backyard Light Series, is the Event Series. These lights
are used to create an effect inside a tent. They range from a basic PAR and Spot
Light, to more advanced LED lights. These lights offer the perfect solution for small
events up to larger corporate events and weddings. The Event Series is suitable
for all Eureka! tent products, as well as any comparable competitive styles.
Professional Series
As the name implies, these lights are professional grade fixtures and yield outstanding
performance. With a greater degree of functionality, Professional Series lighting
products offer your high-end clients the atmosphere they seek, while showcasing

Eureka! has created an innovative approach to
address the problems encounter when trying to
attach accessories items inside a tent structure.

The approach was to design a family of brackets that could attach
to poles “wooden or aluminum”, legs, uprights, and the overall tent
structure. The patent pending concept uses the principle of a scissor

The E!Span sidewalls are a high quality sidewall
which is available in both a coated 16 oz vinyl
and a laminated 14 oz. vinyl, both fabrics have
blockout proprieties.

Written confirmation of color, size, layout and location of graphic is
required prior to production of the product. Complexity will determine
the lead time and production time necessary, as well as the ultimate
quality of the graphics.

Policies
Dealer Price List
All prices are effective October 1, 2008 through December 30, 2009 and are subject
to change without notice. There is a minimum order of $25. Orders under $25 will be
charged the difference. The charge applies to items only, freight is a separate charge.*
Limited Warranty
Eureka! warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from major defects
in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from purchase date (2 years
on LED lighting products). Upon receipt of your product(s), if such a defect is found,
call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-235-2607 for a return authorization. If,
after inspection, we find that the product was defective in material or workmanship,
we shall, at our option, either repair or replace it without charge, including additional
costs associated with the return. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or
for damages caused by shipping, accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installations.
Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. Open account/ credit limits are available through
the Eureka! Credit Department based on available financial information and payment
history. Credit applications are required for new accounts and for existing accounts
that are expanding credit limits. All relative credit information must be submitted
in a complete and timely manner for credit processing.
Order Changes
Order changes may affect product availability and delivery. Changes to orders
placed during sales promotions must be made during the promotion dates in order
to participate in discounts, terms and special conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty for standard products that have not been
shipped. Orders cannot be canceled for custom.
Freight Estimates
Freight Estimates can be prepared upon request of the Eureka! Customer Service
Department. However, due to variances in pallet weights, packaging materials and
packaging alternatives, actual freight quotes will not be available. The actual ship
weights will be available only at the time of shipment. Residential and oversize
shipments will incur additional freight charges. Eureka! will not be responsible for
any charges that result from a freight estimate being different from an actual ship
weight and cost.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Binghamton, NY. It is the customer’s responsibility to
verify receipt of shipped goods to make sure the order is complete and undamaged.
Claims can not be processed for shipments signed clear by the customer. Any
claims for incomplete shipments should be sent to the Eureka! Customer Service
Center at 1-800-235-2607. Claims for mis-shipped products must be made with
Eureka! Customer Service Center within 60 days of receipt of incorrect products.
Claims for damaged goods should be made directly with the freight carrier. Transportation methods are determined by Eureka! All C.O.D. shipments require check,
certified check or cashier check as payment. Orders placed on sales programs that
require credit approval must be credit approved at least one week prior to shipment or pickup. Additional freight charges due to late credit approval will be the
responsibility of the customer placing the order.

30 : POLICIES
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to New York State residents unless a valid tax
exempt or resale certificate is submitted and approved. All orders picked
up at our New York facility will be subject to 8% NY tax unless a valid
NY exemption certificate is submitted and approved.
Pickup Orders
Customers have the option of picking up their order. Pickup days are
Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 3 p.m. Call
Eureka! Customer Service at 1-800-235-2607 to confirm your pickup
date and time 24 hours prior to pickup. Orders not picked up on the
specified pickup days will be subject to a 2% special handling charge
based on the total of the order. Any order that has not been submitted
and credit approved at least 24 hours prior to pickup day is also subject
to a 2% special handling charge. All orders must be picked up within 10
days of the scheduled pickup date or they will be canceled and the
product will be allocated to other accounts.
Prepay Orders
Prepay orders must be paid within 10 days of the scheduled ship or
pickup date or the order will be canceled and product will then be allocated
to other accounts. Eureka! must have 48 hours from the receipt of the
payment to stage and ship an order. Please have the payment to Eureka!
48 hours before the scheduled ship date.
Past Due Accounts
Customers with past due balances will not be allowed shipment of new
orders until past due balances are paid. Discounts, terms, and special
offers will be withdrawn if orders are not paid within agreed to terms
and conditions.
Returns
Contact the Eureka! Customer Service Department toll free at 1-800235-2607 to explain the need to return your product and to receive a
Return Authorization number. Products cannot be returned without
advanced approval. Return authorizations do not imply credit. Display
the Return Authorization number on the shipping label. Returns should
be carefully packaged and shipped prepaid. Eureka! reserves the right to
refuse returned items that are badly soiled, wet, abused or deteriorating.
Installation Assistance
Installation assistance is available through Eureka! for new customers or
existing customers that purchase new products. Eureka! needs at least
30 days notice to schedule the training session. Also, please note that
the training session should be a practice installation and not a rental job.
A fee may be necessary based on the setup. Please call 1-800-235-2607
ext. 358 for more information on installation techniques.
Replacements
Eureka! will refund the price, repair or replace at our discretion any
defective merchandise returned to the factory under the warranty policy.
Restocking Fee
Any returned item that is not deemed to be Eureka!’s responsibility will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
