RESEARCH CONSULTANT
Regional Client Service Team
We are seeking intelligent and highly motivated candidates for the
position of Research Consultant.
You will be responsible for delivering research and consultancy to a
very high standard, at the same time, managing client relationships
to achieve the overall sales goals.
RESEARCH CONSULTANT – REGIONAL CLIENT SERVICE
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Research Consultant, you will be joining the team on different projects, delivering analysis and reporting of
assigned research projects to a very high standard, while maintaining and developing client service / sales activities to
achieve the overall sales goals of the team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Contact clients on a daily basis via emails, telephones, tele meetings as well as face-to-face meetings; manage the
sale cycle from first inquiry to project delivery;
Prepare proposals and respond to clients’ requests;
Design questionnaires for surveys, work on analysis, write reports of assigned research projects and present the
findings and recommendations to clients;
Liaison with project management, data analysis, develop recommendations, and prepare presentations and
findings;
Meet deadlines and ensure the services provided to clients are timely, precise and of high quality standards;
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat sales and referrals;
Assist other Client Services Team members in sales, project delivery, proposals preparation, credentials
presentations and partner sourcing, if required;
Other duties as assigned.
RESEARCH CONSULTANT – REGIONAL CLIENT SERVICE
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in relevant field of study, preferably Master degree from overseas;
Minimum 01 year of working experience preferably in international organizations;
Excellent English as you will communicate with many clients overseas via emails, phone calls and skype meetings;
Demonstrable research skills gained through academic or professional experience;
Basic knowledge of research techniques and methodologies;
Good negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills;
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to adapt with fast-paced and multicultural environment;
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
Highly professional, organized, motivated and committed to delivering work of the highest standard.
Experience in working at market research and consulting companies is a plus.
