View our recruitment video RESEARCH MANAGER Quantitative Research & Client Service The Research Manager is at the heart of our work with clients, supporting the Client Service Team in the growth of the business by assuming responsibility for the management of key accounts and end-to-end execution of key projects with full involvement in project design, set up, analysis, interpretation and the development of recommendations to present to the clients. MANAGER – QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH & CLIENT SERVICE MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Manager, you are responsible for leading, managing and delivering research and consultancy to a very high standard. You will be in a position to manage projects from timing to budgeting and advise clients based on your area of expertise. Your main responsibilities will be: Effectively expand the client base by developing strong client relationships and ensuring Epinion becomes the supplier of choice through the development of high level research design and analysis, create a sustainable competitive advantage for the firm. Oversee the smooth running of all aspects of client delivery from data tables to arranging and producing presentation deliverables with other team members. Develop proposals, synthesis data, reports and make actionable recommendations to clients. Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques. Lead the design and implementation of research frameworks that link the client issues with the consumer world. Handle complicated client queries or complaints, ensure client needs and expectations, budget and given timeframes are met. Manage and develop team members, act as a consistent inspirational role model internally and externally. 6 MANAGER – QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH & CLIENT SERVICE REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE An analytical, detail-oriented mindset is critical for this position. A successful applicant shall be a proactive, strategic thinker who has proven experience and success managing large-scale research projects. University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Social Science or related fields. 2-4 years working experience in market research or related fields. Sales oriented with business development skills. Overseas experience from working or studying is a plus. A broad and deep toolbox of quantitative research expertise. Familiar with a range of quantitative research methodologies, survey techniques, and measures such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, market segmentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Business and client servicing mindset. Good sense of teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Can-do attitude, high level of commitment and self-motivation. Goal oriented, driven to achieve; having a sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to go above and beyond the call of duty.
