SHREDDING & SEPARATION LINE
Capacity
Power
Footprint
2000 Kg/hour
195.28 KW
L35m x W12m x H4m
This line is designed to recycle electronic waste such as printers, copiers, computers, telecom equipment, computer peripherals (keyboard,
mouse, etc.). A combination of automated and semi-automated procedures allow this line to convert e-waste into raw materials,
component, and parts. Output materials include copper, aluminum, printed circuit boards (PCB), plastics, steel, and wire. The system has an
automated air filtration system (equipped with HEPA filters) to maintain the workplace air quality. PCB

PCB recycling line is used to recycle Printed Circuit Board (PCB) . It processes PCB into plastic powder and finely
granulated copper, aluminum, lead, tin, silver, and gold. Purity of the output exceeds 98%. The system has an automated
air filtration system (equipped with HEPA filters) to maintain the workplace air quality. PC

E-WASTE DISMANTLING LINE
Capacity
Power
Footprint
2000 Kg/hour
2 KW
L10m x W3m x H1m
The Dismantling Line is designed for dismantling e-waste such as PCs, peripherals, monitors, TVs, etc. A conveyor line carries
parts and components of the e-waste that have been dismantled by workers at each disassembly station to a sorting area where
a sorter distributes them into sorting boxes. Conveyor speed is adjustable. For safety of workers, it is equipped with emergency
shut down button. Line includes pneumatic air pipes and valves to power pneumatic tools. Each station has drawers for small
tools and supply storage. The top surface is designed with a pneumatically controlled turn table that makes it easy to turn heavy
items and allows for removal of hard to reach parts with minimal effort.

CRT RECYCLING LINE
Capacity 200 CRT/Hour
Power
46.15 KW
Footprint L30m x W10m x H3m
CRT Recycling line is designed to remove the electron gun and the steel implosion band, to score the perimeter of the panel glass,
and to cut the CRT. A resistance heating band is used to heat the CRT at the score line. Then compressed air is applied and the
resulting thermal shock causes the CRT to split at the score line, effectively separating the leaded funnel glass from the unleaded
panel glass. Components inside the CRT such as the steel shadow mask and the phosphor coating are removed and collected for
recycling. Unleaded and leaded glass are further processed via ERS proprietary systems.

CRT GRANULATOR LINE
Capacity
Power
Footprint
1000 Kg/hour
57 KW
L11m x W4m x H5m
The CRT granulator line is used to convert the leaded and unleaded CRT glass into sand aggregate for reuse. Glass is fed into a
vibrating hopper which evenly feeds it onto a conveyor belt carrying it to the granulator. The granulator has a series of hammers
attached to a central shaft spinning at 1800 RPM and the impact of the hammers breaks the glass into the required size and
leaves the system via an adjustable output screen. The system has an automated air filtration system (equipped with HEPA filters)

OPTICAL SORTING LINE
Capacity 1000 Kg/hour
Power
8 KW
Footprint L10m x W3.5m x H2.5m
The Optical Sorting Line is used to separate mixed shredded e-waste of different colors and shapes such as plastics of various colors or
printed circuit boards (PCB). Mixed materials are fed into a vibrating hopper. Then the conveyor belt transports them into the optical
sorting machine where another conveyor carries them under a high speed camera for imaging. A microprocessor analyzes the data for
comparison with pre-stored images. Those materials that match a pre-programmed color and shape will be automatically detected by the
computerized sensor. The computer will then actuate air valves along the output conveyor to blow high pressure
PCair at the correct time to
throw the detected pieces from the conveyor into a pre-positioned box. www.ers-manufacturing.com

PLASTIC UPCYCLING: EXTRUSION LINE
Capacity
Power
Footprint
200 Kg/hour
130 KW
L20m x W3.5m x H2m
This line is used to make plastic lumber from e-waste plastic byproducts. The line consists of mixers for combining the input materials
into a single feed material with a screw feeder to feed into the extruder. The extruder melts the feed material and compresses it, forcing
it through a die that provides the shape for the output products. The extruded product is then cooled in a water cooling system, and is
cut to required length by an automated saw. Then, it is automatically stacked.
