Upon reading and understanding you agree to be bound by the terms and condition including any
minors under your authority. These terms and conditions are equally applicable to the service
provider through eSelfSuper. The terms you/your refer to the viewer or user of the website.
The information provided in the website are general in nature which giver you overall idea of the
products, not applicable to any particular situation also not motivating you to choose any particular
products. We are not accountable to you or any third party to explain any change and editing any
materials or content on the Website. There will be inclusion of few web links to external website
like the taxation office and government regulatory. We do not take responsibility over any
information provided by them.
When you apply for SMSF, you agree that you have read and understood the risk involved with
going for a SMSF and understood your obligations as a Trustee.
You agree that you haven’t recommended by eSelfSuper or any of its related parties to go for selfmanaged super fund rather you have studied well took your own decision to go for SMSF
considering all the risks.
When you apply to eSelfSuper to establish the SMSF we will provide you a “A pack of Establishment
Documents”. We will provide you full two weeks to review the application and send us the signed
documents back. These two weeks time is your “Cooling off period”. You can cancel the application
any time with in the cooling off period. If you decided not to proceed with us you have to inform us
before the expire of the cooling off period. If you fail to do so full charge will be applied.
Upon the return of the application package, you have appointed eSelfSuper to proceed with your
SMSF application.

performing technical solution and administrative work named as eSelfsuper. Tax Solution possesses
required licences to provide financial services. Any ATO related matters will be resolved or actioned
by Tax solution
