Project title: E-Business Development in Serbia The EU-funded project “e-Business Development” and focused on strengthening the competitiveness of Serbian economy, is looking for a non-key Senior Short-Term expert. Junior Non-Key Short Term Communication Expert Main tasks:  Assisting in Organization of National Promotion Results to be achieved:  Monitoring and compiling news developments related to e-business and e-commerce in Serbia and throughout the regions;  Monitor developments in online media and identify content for social media outlets;  Creating and updating social media during the project awareness raising activities, especially Facebook and YouTube channel;  Exploring various European Commission websites related to SMEs to provide content for social media;  Support project Visibility Expert and undertake other assignments if needed;  Final mission report. Note: For more information see the ToR Number of required experts: One (1) Junior Non-Key Short-Term Expert Duration of the assignment: Up to a total of 35 working days Period of assignment: June 2015 – December 2016 Place of assignment: Belgrade, Serbia Working language: English Requirements for the position: Qualifications and skills  A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in social sciences, marketing or communication studies;  Fluency in English (written and spoken);  Excellent communication, report writing, presentation, research and analytical skills; General professional experience  Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in the areas of promotion, communication, event management. Specific professional experience  Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years, of post-graduate experience relevant to promotion, event management, media communication and social media networks;  Proven experience with EU funded projects would be an advantage. Further requirements:  The selected expert is not a Civil Servant or other staff of the public administration of the beneficiary country.
