We draw your attention to the announcement made by the Company a short time ago with regards to the results of the Company's recently completed Scoping Study. Other than this the Company is not aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities. 2. Not applicable. 3. On 20 April 2015 the Company announced the results of further testwork at the Cinovec Project. Following this, the Company is aware that an article was posted by online research and commentary group nextminingboom.com in relation to European Metals. A copy of the report may be accessed at that website. 4. The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the Listing Rules and, in particular, Listing Rule 3.1.
