GFC Licence Plate Application Process
Western Australia
1. Print the attached licence plate application form on page 2.
2. Contact the Perth CATS, [email protected] regarding available
numbers and provide your top 5 choices.
3. Perth CATS are the only authorised body to allocate the available
numbers via a confidential website login.
4. Email the completed form and pay the Perth Cats via Electronic Funds
Transfer, and email a copy of the transaction receipt for reference.
5. Perth CATS will endorse the application form and send to LicenSys
who are the plate manufacturer. LicenSys will only accept the
application if endorsed by the Perth CATS. LicenSys do not deal direct
with the public.
6. The licence plate application is approved by the Department of
Planning & Infrastructure.
7. The process takes approximately 3-4 weeks after the application is
submitted to LicenSys by Perth CATS.
