Ponies: Riders exceeding 25 years on 01/01/15. Class may be split. Any suitable bit. Open to mares, geldings 4 years old and over. Class 20 * Ridden Hunter - Open to mares, geldings 4 years old and over, 153cm /15hh and above. Class 21* Rehabilitated Race Horses – Thoroughbreds retired from racing and now retrained. Registered Weatherby’s General Studbook or overseas equivalent. Must have raced and can show a race record. Horses 15hh (153cm) and over. Will be expected to do a freestyle show. Blemishes not considered. Rider must have reached 17th birthday on 1st Jan 2015. Open to mares, geldings 4 years old and over. Judge will not ride. FIRST AID LATE ENTRIES Day Members £8.00 per class RULES: RB Equestrian CTR Championships The Championship is aimed at keen and competitive amateurs and local professionals who are not competing at the top level. Summer th Championships will be held on Sunday 13 September 2015 at Herts County Showground. Not eligible for the C&T Rider Championships: Horses and Ponies who have qualified for or competed at HOYS (except SEIB Search for a Star and TSR HOYS Showing Master Class) in the years 2013, 2014 or 2015. Stallions must be handled and ridden by people who have attained their 14th birthday on 1st January 2015. Passports must be available for inspection if asked for by a judge or official of the show. Qualification can pass down the line, as far as 4th place. Entries close 1st September 2015. Judges do not award Q cards or sign cards. Correct reporting of the full results of each class, indicating all CTR members numbers, must be passed on to CT Rider by the show secretaries within 14 days of the qualifying show. CT Rider will then award the qualifications as per their rules and inform the competitors. All riders who want to be eligible to qualify must be CT Rider Members. New memberships for the 2015 season are now on sale and can be purchased online by visiting www.chilternrider.co.uk or by ringing the CT Rider offices on 01582 748984. Memberships for the new season will have the prefix SH15. Many classes at the CTR Championships will be qualifiers for Equifest 2015. The Veteran classes are qualifiers for The Veteran Horse Society. COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE: Please do not enter qualifying classes if your horse or pony is not eligible. You will get spotted. It has happened in the past and caused a lot of problems LEAD REINS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE LEAD REIN CLASSES AMATEUR SHOWING SOCIETY st rd 1 – 3 in each class qualifies. If you are a member, get your qualification card signed by the judge. Otherwise, competitors will be given a qualification ticket and will then have 28 days to become members, after which the ticket will be transferred onto a qualification card.
