The Showing and Show Jumping take place at the same venue on the same day. Riders must buy their membership numbers from C&T Rider prior to the qualifying competition. They can be purchased for £20 online via www.chilternrider.co.uk/Membership/showmembers.htm. Numbers are issued automatically and there is no need to wait for CTR to issue a number. Alternatively, it is possible for £23 to call 01582 748982. Riders cannot qualify if they do not have a membership number. Riders can only enter up a maximum of two classes at the final and they have to be consecutive e.g Mini & Novice, or Novice and Small Open, or Small Open & Open, except for the equestrian.co.uk jump challenge which can be entered as a third class. Qualification is for first, second and third places, horses and ponies, therefore 3 horses and 3 ponies per class. If first, second and third places do not have a membership number, the qualification can pass down the line as far as 5th place. All horses and ponies must go clear in the first round to qualify.
