DESCRIPTION

position of Jnr. Administration Coordinator.
Accountabilities:
This Jnr. Administration coordinator provides professional administrative support to two members of
E-Projects. Team contribution in a fast paced, demanding environment. He or she maintains a
positive relationship with internal and external customers and other stakeholders while also
undertaking research, drafting business correspondence, and managing inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities: include calendar scheduling, organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy
filing systems, managing multi-party communications, event planning and execution, and handling all
administrative tasks. Excellent general business sense, acquired through experience/training
ensures that all matters are handled effectively with tact, diplomacy and the appropriate level of
confidentiality. The successful candidate will also have an aptitude to become knowledgeable in the
areas of the business that they support. Some after-hours work and travel within E-Projects may be
required.
Overall, the Jnr. Administration coordinator works with a minimum of supervision to provide
excellence in all aspects of the administrative support role.
Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
A minimum of Grade twelve, experience in business or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate
environment, is a bonus. Post-secondary education in Office Administration or Business is
preferred. Candidates must also be skilled at spelling, grammar and editing. Superior keyboarding
and technical skills are required, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook
and PowerPoint. Experience in Excel is considered an asset.
The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance and demeanor, flexible in nature, possess a
high level of initiative and attention to detail and work well under pressure. He or she will be a proactive self-starter who is customer focused. A person who uses sound judgment to anticipate needs
and strives to be a creative and effective problem-solver will thrive in this environment.
A relationship-builder, the incumbent possess excellent interpersonal skills and is a strong, confident
and capable communicator. He/she will work very closely with EAs throughout E-Projects and it will
be important to foster a good working relationship with each of them. Strong organizational and
practice management skills are important. High ethical standards are a must. The Executive
Assistant understands the importance of being discreet and maintaining confidentiality.

such, the incumbent must be an enthusiastic team player and be able to maintain adaptability as the
teams’ priorities change. You bring maturity, confidence, flexibility and decision-making capability,
