Q. Why can’t I just call my Travel Agent to help me book the Wedding?
A. Unlike a traditional travel company, our primary focus is destination weddings. We understand the stress and anxiety
that comes with planning a destination wedding and our mission is to provide personal service, quality resources and
unparallel knowledge to eliminate the stress for you and your guests. A travel agent not experienced in weddings will
not be able to provide you with the resources that we can. A travel agent will not assist you in managing your wedding
details like décor, save the dates, rsvp’s, and special activities such as your welcome party.
Q. What is a Scouting Trip?
A. Scouting Trips are typically 3 to 4 days with your Destination Wedding Planner to one of the locations of your choice.
During the trip we make arrangements to view ceremony and reception venue selections and meet local vendors. We
highly recommend a scouting trip prior to committing to a wedding location. If one of our Destination Wedding experts
has not personally been to a location you want to host your wedding at, we require a scouting trip.
Q. What locations do you recommend for Destination Weddings?
A. Events & Experiences specializes in Mexico, Costa Rica, British Virgin Islands, California and Florida Weddings. These
locations are beautiful, affordable and provide easy travel for your wedding guests. But we are open to exploring new
locations and love an adventure!
