Explore & Develop Castlereagh Street, Sydney Diploma & Certificate III Educators Explore & Develop Castlereagh Street, Sydney is excited to announce that we are looking for dedicated and passionate Diploma & Certificate III educators for our brand new 77 place Early Childhood Education and Care Service. This service will be dynamic, modern, highly resourced and very committed to providing high quality education and care for all children and support for their families. We aim to provide an environment where everyone experiences a sense of belonging. We see relationships as crucial to a sense of belonging and we aim to develop secure, respectful relationships within our community. The service is anticipated to open in late May 2015. In collaboration with your team, you will be planning and implementing the educational program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, current approaches, theories and research in early childhood education. The program will encourage children to become active learners through a playbased curriculum that encourages thinking, investigating, exploring and problem solving in a social environment. Essential qualifications for the role will include:  Diploma or Cert III in Children’s Services (ACECQA Approved). Please note if you are working towards either of these qualifications you are encouraged to apply.  Current Approved Working With Children Check.  Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain  Current Child Protection Training (DEC approved) is desirable.
