How do I qualify for the Blue Hello Kitty EZ-Charm?
To qualify for the redemption, you first need to travel on any public buses and trains to
accumulate 5,000 points on the EZ-Link Rewards Scheme with Perx. Once you have
accumulated the points, you will then unlock the Blue Hello Kitty EZ-Charm Reward in the
app.
How do I redeem the Blue Hello Kitty EZ-Charm?
Click on ‘Claim’ in the app once you have unlocked the Reward. Thereafter, the EZ-Charm
can be redeemed at Perx’s Office during office hours between 9am-12noon, 2pm-5pm on
weekdays only.
Redemption begins on 11th May 2015 and ends on 6th August 2015.
You are reminded to ONLY press the ‘Redeem’ button when you are ready for redemption at
Perx’s Office.

Is there a cut-off date for EZ-Charm redemption?
Yes, all EZ-Charms must be redeemed by 6th August 2015.
Can I redeem for more than 1 EZ-Charm?
Only 1 EZ-Charm can be redeemed by one account holder for EZ-Link Rewards Scheme with
Perx.
How many EZ-Charms are there available for redemption?
There are 1,000 pieces available. The 1st 1,000 customers who accumulate 5,000 points on
the EZ-Link Rewards Scheme with Perx and clicks ‘Claim’ stands to win.
Terms and Conditions
Customers should only tap on the Redeem button during their collection of the EZ-Charms at
Perx’s Office. The redemption period for the Blue EZ-Charms will last from 11 May 2015 to 6
August 2015. The redemption can only take place at Perx’s Office (19 Cecil Street, #04-01
The Quadrant , Singapore 049704 ) during office hours from 9am to 12 noon or 2pm to 5pm
on weekdays only.Only 1 Blue EZ-Charm can be redeemed per Perx account holder and for
one-time redemption only. There shall be no extension for the redemption period. The
redemption code is only valid for EZ-Link Rewards Scheme with Perx.All redemptions are
subject to prevailing terms and conditions stated by EZ-Link.EZ-Link reserves the right to
amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
