This Manual provides comprehensive information regarding your participation at
Atlantic Fair 2015, along with the guidelines terms and conditions for participation.
On our website www.fair.fo you can find the latest information about the fair,
where you also can order extra equipment to your stand.

Important
Please note that the stand walls should be returned at the end of the exhibition in the same state and
condition as when you hired them.
If you want to stick signs, posters, etc. on the walls only use the tape provided.
You are responsible for removing the tape after use.
If you fail to do this, or wall boards have been damaged, we shall charge DKK 300,00 excluding VAT per
board.
Aluminium profiles must not be damaged, painted or provided with tape or the like.
Offenders will receive an invoice for the cost of cleaning or, required, the cost of new profiles.
Price 250 cm. profile DKK. 450,00 excluding VAT.

Badges and Invitation tickets
Exhibitor Badges
All exhibitors shall wear exhibitor badges during the exhibition.
Depending on the size of the stand, there will be issued free badges according to the following
scale.

Additional badges will be invoiced with Dkr. 160,00 each plus VAT.
You will receive an e-mail with an order form to fill out for your attendee.
Badges will be provided at the entrance hall at the exhibition from 7th April.
Invitation Tickets
Personally invite your valuable customers to the fair and offer
them an extra incentive by paying the admission costs.
When the fair is finished, we will charge you just for those
Invitation Tickets that were actually redeemed. The price is
Dkr. 80.00 plus VAT for each.
The ticket is valid for one day admission.
To provide access, the field shall be filled out by the guest,
and stamped by the exhibitor.

BEWARE OF FAIRGUIDE
BEWARE of companies that send you faxes or emails offering to list your company in an
Exhibitor Directory or a Business Guide, for example FAIRGuide, Expo-Guide, Construct
Data Verlag, World Business Directory or World Business Guide.
The material provided by these companies is often formulated in such a way that it gives
the impression that Atlantic Fair has chosen to partner with the company in question.
However, we have absolutely no relation to these companies whatsoever. Additionally,
we would like to make plain that Atlantic Fair never supplied customer data to such
companies. These companies' typically send mails asking recipients to correct any errors in their
corporate address and or name as a way of getting recipients to sign a contract. Note that
by signing such a contract you bind your company to pay a specific amount every year for
three years for registering your information on their website, which, in our opinion, is
absolutely not worth the money.
