A demanding job, maintaining your home, rushing to get children off to school and activities, being a loving and supportive wife, or maybe you are single and all responsibilities fall on your shoulders - these are just a few of the things that can have you feeling anxious and frustrated. Many of us feel the pressures of everyday life more and more . When life gets out of control, many women seek to regain the balance but often the solution feels elusive. So how can today’s woman maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle with all the pressures and pitfalls of this busy and distracting culture? A Christian perspective to having a balanced life begins by focusing on God. A relationship with God means that you are never alone - He will help you through even the toughest times. As your life becomes more in sync with God, you will realize that even in times of struggle your life will continue to be balanced if your focus remains on Him. If your body feels worn out and you are gasping for breath, Zoe Elmore will show you a creative approach to refresh and recharge your energy, using straightforward and simple ways to discover spiritual truths through everyday items. Her “Survival Kit For Life” will provide ways to maneuver through life’s challenges, while establishing a meaningful relationship with God. Described as “captivating and charming with a dash of energy and sparkle”, Zoe Elmore’s inspiring teaching impels women toward a life of intentional spirituality. She is a powerful, passionate and effective Bible teacher who challenges women to live beyond their circumstances. Raised in the South, a southern bell of Greek heritage, Zoe and her husband of more than thirty years, live near Charlotte, North Carolina.
