New this year is our "FOOD FOR THOUGHT" tent, thanks to the
efforts of Market Team Member Maureen Kane. The tent w ill have
w onderful educational information available about the benefits of
shopping for your food at the Farmers Market, health and nutrition, a
fascinating video lending library sponsored by the Virginia Hot
Springs Preservation Trust, and local community groups w ho
w ill be on hand to share information about healthy life-styles.
This w eek, meet local yoga instructor TERRY FLAHERTY - connect
yourself through yoga and nature. She w ill also have a food
demonstration you w on't w ant to miss!
