MasterCard Merchant Discount Rate (MDR): The MasterCard MDR consists of the following:
(i)
Processing Fee. A Processing Fee equal to $ 0.XX per transaction based and XX bps on the gross transactions settled and volume respectively.
(ii) MasterCard Interchange Fees. All applicable MasterCard Interchange Fees (including, without limitation, those described below) on a pass-through basis, which charges
shall be calculated based upon the value of Customer’s MasterCard sales transactions less refund transactions (net sales volume):

MasterCard Electronic – Consumer Programs: 1.59%

MasterCard Electronic – Consumer Premium High Spend Programs: 2.25%
(including, without limitation, those described below) on a pass-through basis,
MasterCard Electronic – Commercial Programs: 2.00%
which charges shall be calculated based upon the gross value of Client’s
MasterCard Assessments. All applicable MasterCard Assessments

MasterCard Standard – Consumer High Spend Programs: 2.13%
MasterCard Standard – Consumer Premium High Spend Programs: 2.65%

MasterCard Supermarket minimum $400 million net sales – High Spend - 1.56%
MasterCard Supermarket minimum $400 million net sales – Premium High Spend - 2.00%
MasterCard Interchange Rates and MasterCard Assessments are subject to
increase or decrease, and are subject to other modifications (including
methodology of calculation) by MasterCard, and the above MDR will be adjusted
to reflect any such increases, decreases or modifications all as described in the
Merchant Agreement.

are subject to other modifications (including methodology of
calculation) by VISA, and the above Merchant Discount Rate will be
adjusted to reflect any such increases, decreases or modifications
all as described in the Merchant Agreement.
