The Niagara Falls Music & Art Festival is happy to announce its 3 year anniversary and invite you to join us
and celebrate our very talented Musicians, Artists, Artisans & Special Retail Vendors from all over Western
New York, Southern Ontario, Western Pennsylvania and North Eastern Ohio, taking place on Fri, Sat & Sunday
June 19-20-21, 2015.
Located in an exciting and dynamic location: the beautifully renovated Old Falls Street district! Encompassing
three cobblestone blocks between the Seneca Niagara Casino and the New York State Park, the art festival is in
the highest tourist traffic location of Niagara Falls, USA.
Visitors to the festival can take advantage of plentiful parking, nationally recognized businesses such as
TGIFriday’s, Rain Forest Café, Hard Rock Café, Starbucks, Legends and more all while taking in the sights
and sounds of live music, local food establishments, a beer and wine tents. There are many hotels are adjacent
to the festival and Old Falls Street. Situated right between the busy casino and the brink of Niagara Falls, this
location lends itself to a high volume of tourists from all over the world!
The Artist and Vendor Market will be open for all 3 days. Friday evening from 4-8 pm, Saturday from Noon-8
pm and Sunday from Noon-6 pm. There will be music, beer and food vendors going full force until 11 pm
Friday and Saturday and 8 pm on Sunday. Feel free to stay later and enjoy the show!
Applications for the festival are now open with special financial incentives offered for registering early! Please
visit the Festival website to keep updated on all the latest developments.

May 15, 2015 application deadline. No further vendor’s applications will be accepted. (150 spaces first
come first served)
Booth Fee: $300- if space is available after May 15th booth space $375
Previous vendors will receive a 10% discount
Additional adjacent space available for additional $150
All fees are non-refundable and due at time of application
Vendors will be assigned a 12×12 foot space on Old Falls Street
Vendors must provide tables, white tent, displays that are professional in appearance
Vendors must supply their own lighting and bring and outdoor extension cord at least 12 feet in length.
Conference Center staff will connect all vendors to the electrical source
Vendors must be present at their booth and willing to communicate with the public Friday from 4-8 pm
Saturday from Noon-8 pm and Sunday from Noon -6 pm
Vendor booths must be set up by 3:30 pm on Friday and 11:30 am Saturday & Sunday
Booths must be fully set up and open for business until 9pm on Friday & Saturday and 6pm on Sunday

Vehicle access for loading or unloading will be limited. All vehicles must be off the street no later than
3:30 pm on Friday and no earlier than 6 pm on Sunday. There will be NO vehicle access on Saturday or
during the festival hours
Booths may stay open later than 9pm if you wish, as live music and entertainment is scheduled for well
past 11pm and foot traffic is to be expected
In order to be selected for free publicity on our website, vendors must submit photos of themselves and
their work including at least a brief bio
Security patrols will be in effect through the night Friday and Saturday nights. Niagara Falls Music &
Art Festival is not responsible for property loss or damage
All Vendors must have and display a valid NY State Tax ID number and are responsible for collecting
and reporting sales tax
Participants are responsible for obtaining their own parking. Motor home parking can be referred by us,
please contact us for information. Hotels are adjacent to the festival. Because it is a Father’s Day
weekend, we expect heavy attendance and recommend you book your hotels EARLY
Locations cannot be guaranteed, but we can work to assign you near other participants that you request
There are no refunds due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the promoter.
