Festival of Chichester Window Competition
Date of Judging: Friday 12th June 2015
Festival Duration: 13th June to 12th July 2015
Theme: Celebrating the Festival
Criteria: Judging for presentation, imagination and relevance to the Festival
Judges: Local celebrity author Kate Mosse, whose bestselling books have been successfully adapted for the screen, will
be accompanied by City Councillor, three times mayor of Chichester and Festival Committee Member, Anne Scicluna.
Prize: The best entries will be offered a choice of complimentary tickets to an exciting range of festival events.

Information: The Festival of Chichester is a month-long celebration of the arts, showcasing the best in local and
international talent, with over two hundred events covering Music (classical, jazz, blues, folk, world, rock, and pop),
Spoken Word, Dance, Theatre, Art & Craft, Cinema, Walks and Tours, Fêtes and Open Days, Church, Sport and
Food & Drink.
Participants are invited to use any of the above event categories for inspiration in creating their displays to celebrate the
Festival. All participants will be supplied with Festival of Chichester posters and brochures. A reference to the festival
must be featured in the displays.
All businesses participating will be posted on the Festival Facebook pages with images of the best posted. Pictures of the
best displays will go forward for publication to the Chichester Observer, a major sponsor of the festival.
