All of our doors are custom made to your specifications. This allows for the easy mixing
and matching of any of our styles and finishes to enhance the décor of any room.

Save Energy
20% of energy loss is due to poorly fitted fireplace flue dampers. FDMCo door
enclosures will virtually eliminate unnecessary heat loss in the winter and keep the
heat out in the summer.

Safety
With FDM’s tight fitting doors, you no longer have to wait until the fire is completely
out before retiring. Simply close the doors on the dying flames to keep the fire where
it belongs. As well, our wire doors and wire back-up doors are tremendously effective
at keeping sparks in the firebox, and little hands away from the fire.

computer designed and hand crafted to many beautiful finishes.
We do all of the work in house, allowing the easy inspection of
each door throughout the manufacturing process. This allows

Luxor Gas Inserts
Direct Vent and B-Vent Gas Fireplace Inserts
Luxor vented gas fire inserts are available in 4 sizes for use with Natural Gas. All units
are equipped with hand-painted ceramic fiber logs, embers, adjustable fan, SIT
valves, ceramic glass, and are remote control or wall thermostat ready. Optional 3
piece fire brick sets are available in Boston Buff Yellow, Black, or Old Town Red.

Available in Direct Vent, or B-Vent models, our inserts
can be used to convert your existing woodburning
fireplace into an efficient gas burning unit. Our FDMCo
Custom Wire Mesh Doors fit nicely to the firebox
opening, giving you added safety, and an endless
choice of styles and finishes to enhance the look of any
room. If you have an existing fireplace door, the unit
can be fitted in behind it. (Glass doors must remain
open during burn.)
