Welcome Message
Elucidating the mechanisms of brain function constitutes Science’s last frontier. Within the last
decades, neuroscientists produced an enormous volume of data using numerous technologies. At the
same time, the emerging new questions frequently acted as a driver for technology improvement or
even for the development of novel, more potent ones. In such a dynamically developing field,
international, multidisciplinary congresses constitute a cradle for scientists to meet, educate,
exchange ideas, creatively conflict and contact with the commercial institutions supporting their
research.
In the odd years the European Federation for Neurosciences (FENS) supports the FENS Featured
Regional Meeting (FFRM), one of its two major conferences. The “FENS Featured Regional Meeting
2015” will take place on October 7-10th in Thessaloniki, Greece. The conference is organized jointly by
the Hellenic, Serbian and Israel Neuroscience Societies. The three Neuroscience Societies will have the
opportunity to come together for the first time, enhance their relationships and represent themselves
to an international audience. We have worked closely together to prepare a highly attractive
scientific program, creating an international environment which will enable students, young
investigators and renowned scientists around the globe to share their research and exchange ideas.
The selected plenary and symposia speakers represent the world-wide cutting edge of today’s
neuroscience research covering the full spectrum of this exciting scientific field. The scientific program
will be enriched with social events in the European Youth Capital for 2014. It will be a first class
opportunity for exhibitors to demonstrate their products to a wide and eager scientific audience.

The sponsors will have the opportunity to participate in one or more of the following ways of

1. SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM
Satellite Symposium (parallel) in specific place and time during the Conference in collaboration with
the Scientific and Organizing Committee of the Conference.

6. EXHIBITION AREA
The exhibition will be hosted throughout the conference, from the 7th to the 10th of October 2015.
Rental space up to 6m² is available for Stands and Booths. Sponsor will construct the Stands and
Booths. The exhibition area will be available from Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 for the installation of the
stands. The dismantling of the stands will start after the closure of the scientific program.

SPECIFICATIONS
Preliminary program
The ads that will be placed at the preliminary program should be 4C in TIF format with 300 dpi resolution. The
dimension is 16,5 X 24. If you trimmed the issue of the ad should be unplugged trimming 0.5 cm all around. If not
available in electronic form, then sent films 4C with the above dimensions.
Send ads for the preliminary program until July 18th, 2015.
