What is RAMCO?
RAMCO is the membership management
program currently in use by FHAAR

Your default ‘password’ is your last name
With an upper case first letter…like “Smith”
psssst! You can change these in
the system once you’re in!
What is a NRDS # and
where do I find mine??
Very good question, and
you aren’t the first to ask!
NRDS stands for the National
REALTOR® Database System
You can go to REALTOR.org…the NAR site for REALTORS®
and find your NRDS number
NAR has assigned a NRDS# to every
REALTOR® and Affiliate member
Or you can look on the mailing label
of your REALTOR® magazine
NRDS # is 9 digits

that have primary membership
with FHAAR will begin with

You’re all set to login…NRDS# and
Last Name, upper case first letter!

Here you can change your user name and password for the RAMCO portal
Please BE CAREFUL! Make sure that you remember the new
user name and password! The FHAAR staff can recover it for
you…but only during normal business hours!!
It is critical that you
keep this information
up to date!

Remember…you only get sent to the membership profile automatically
on your first visit of if you haven’t logged in for a year.

membership profile lets get into RAMCO itself!

Let’s start out with making a payment.

other fee or for
a purchase

online store
that is coming
soon!
At a glance
you see that
there is a
balance in the
account
Select My Orders
Let’s pay the MLS dues.
Select “Pay Dues”
By the way, notice your entire payment
history is right down here!
The rest is just like
shopping on line.
Soooo easy!!
By the way, if you’re paying
something other than dues
you select that item here…
Then it is just follow the
prompts like any other online
shopping experience!
If you are a
Broker or office
manager this
next bit is just
for you!
Brokers your Portal

Pay attention to this
YOU can use this
feature to manage your
agents and even pay
their dues…
Select “Pay
Agent Dues”
Here you can see which of your
agents have dues outstanding.
Invoices for the dues will also be in their individual
account. They can pay them online or you can pay them
here.
Select the agent’s
dues you want to pay
Then click here!
This screen will flash by quickly as
the system processes the agents
you’ve selected….
Now you’re once again at
the payment page and the
rest is just like any online
purchase or payment.
Now let’s look at what else
you can do in RAMCO!
Members can update their member profile here
Brokers can update their Office profile here
You have already
seen a lot…and there
is much, much more.
This TAB BAR will
take you to other
functions.
Click on the EVENTS Tab
and let’s register for an
event…like the TREPAC
Golf Tournament!
Some events will
be shown as
“meetings”.
The TREPAC Golf
Tournament is an
example of that.
So we’ll select
Upcoming Meetings
At a glance we see the
name of the event, the
date and the Location
Click on DETAILS
Yep, this is the
one we want so we
click on REGISTER
We have some choices, we choose
one then click CONTINUE
Again we have some choices,
we choose one then click
CONTINUE
Just confirm and click COMPLETE
REGISTRATION and the rest is just
like any other online shopping experience
The security of your Credit Card
information is important.
RAMCO does not retain any
credit card information
As you can see there is much
more in RAMCO that we
haven’t covered…and more
features are being added.
