We are delighted to offer you an Overnight Stay in our Stunning
Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding with Champagne
Breakfast in Bed the following morning.
In addition to this, we will provide two bedrooms on a
complimentary bed and breakfast basis for two adults sharing
which you may wish to offer to family or friends.

Family rooms priced per person sharing
Children under 4 years of age- Free of Charge
Up to two Children aged 4-12 years of age share free
(Breakfast charged at €5.50 per child)
(Both rates apply only when sharing with 2 adults)
All rates include full Irish breakfast.
All rates include unlimited use of our leisure centre facilities
Terms & Conditions of Booking
 A signed “Conditions of Booking” and deposit of €800.00 is
payable by the Bride and Groom to secure your Wedding
Date.
 Prospective clients must always meet with a member of
management prior to acceptance of the first deposit.
 A provisional booking secures a date for a period of two
weeks only. The date may be released by the hotel, without
further obligation, if not confirmed with a deposit within
this period.
 Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel; otherwise the
hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
 Any deposits paid to the hotel are non-refundable
 Should numbers fall below minimum set out in packages a
room hire charge of €300 is applicable
 Menu choice must be confirmed one month prior to the
function.
 No food or beverages, with the exception of a Wedding
Cake, may be brought into the premises under any
circumstances.
 Corkage can be arranged if you are bringing your own Wine
€5 per bottle & Champagne €8 per bottle.
 A Bar Extension must be booked 60 days prior to the
function for an additional charge of €300. After such time
residents can be served in Notes bar. The residents bar is
strictly for residents only and closing time is at the
discretion of the Manager on Duty.
 Final numbers and your table plan are required 72 hours
prior to your function.
 The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or
damage pertaining to property brought into the hotel by
the couple for their wedding.
 Suppliers not in conjunction with the 5K ‘Cheeky Offer
Package’ will require a separate deposit to that of booking
your wedding with the hotel.
 The Hotel bears no responsibility for any accidents caused
by or to any suppliers whose services are retained by the
couple for their wedding.
 The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any defects in
goods or services provided by any suppliers.Any damage
caused to hotel property will be the responsibility of the
Bride & Groom.
 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without
obligation or liability.
 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in
circumstances when a booking is made through a third
party or under false pretences.
 In the event of cancellation, all deposits paid are nonrefundable. Cancellations less than 3 months prior to the
date of a wedding booking will incur 50% of the wedding
cost
 Final bill to be settled 72 hours prior to your wedding by
cash, cheque, bank draft.
Guest Accommodation
 Complimentary accommodation for you in the Bridal Suite
has been booked for the night of your wedding, along with
two additional complimentary rooms.
 In addition to the above complimentary rooms, the Hotel
has provisionally block booked 18 bedrooms for the night
of your wedding based on the reduced rate in accordance of
the date you have secured for your wedding. Please contact
our reservations department on 053 94 84000 at your
earliest convenience to confirm/amend these bookings.
 The block booked rooms may only be allocated to guests
named by the Bride & Groom. In order to confirm guest
bedrooms, we require the following:








Credit/debit card details for each guest room within 1 week
of room being allocated a guest name. If they do not have a
credit/debit card and would like to make payment on
arrival with cash we require a security deposit of €200.00.

Any unallocated bedrooms will be released 6 weeks prior
to your wedding.
NB: Please make sure you inform your guests that have
been allocated a bedroom on your block of rooms to phone
us with card details as the Bride & Groom are fully
responsible for ALL rooms until card details have been
given to confirm them.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice. Reservations
cancelled after this time will be charged at 50% of the
quoted accommodation charge. A no-show will be charged
100%.
