At Clumber Park Hotel & Spa we provide a bespoke experience that will
ensure every aspect of your very special day is organised to perfection. Our
dedicated Wedding Coordinator looks forward to guiding you through all
the stages of planning your very special day.
Perfectly placed in rural open countryside with our very own natural
woodland, ideally located opposite the beautiful grounds of Clumber Park
and close to the historic Sherwood Forest, we provide your perfect setting
for beautiful photographs and lovely memories.
We are delighted to be licensed to host both Civil Ceremonies and
Partnerships. You may, of course, prefer to marry in church and arrive at
Clumber Park Hotel & Spa for your reception.
Whether you are hosting a large wedding banquet or intimate celebration,
with our exclusive function rooms, we have something to offer for
everyone. The Courtyard is a more intimate setting, with private bar and
views onto the decking, garden and natural woodland. For your larger
celebration, our Normanton Suite is perfect, with private bar, views onto
the decking, dance floor and beautiful décor.
Relax at the end of your special day in the Bridal Suite or 4-Poster bedroom
and wake up refreshed to enjoy your full English breakfast. With 73 ensuite bedrooms, there is plenty of accommodation for all of your guests
and we have pleasure in offering special overnight rates.

Enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool with whirlpool, traditional
wooden sauna, eucalyptus steam room, fully equipped gym and outdoor
hot tub. Our locations’ natural beauty has been incorporated into our

‘natural’ experience.

For additional entertainment (and your own DJ), please note that we require a
copy of the public liability insurance & PAT certificate at least 4 weeks prior to your
celebration.

Why not hire our twinkle backdrop curtain?
At £275.00, add a touch of sparkle to the backdrop of your ceremony and/or reception.
(Top table, cake table twinkle skirts and sparkle red carpet also available – please ask
for details).
Fabulous flowers
Your floral centerpieces, bridal bouquets, button holes and corsages are a very
important part of your day. We have a wonderful florist who can create these to
perfection for you, which can be organised through our Wedding Coordinator
(please ask for details).
Handcrafted stationery
We are delighted to be able to offer an additional service of providing beautiful
handmade stationery, post boxes, table plans, menu’s, table numbers and place cards
to coordinate with your colour scheme (please ask for details).
Staying the night…
Continue your celebration with a night in our Bridal Suite or 4-Poster bedroom for
the Bridal Couple included within your package.
For your guests’ accommodation, your Wedding Coordinator will allocate 15
bedrooms at the following preferred rates:
- Executive Double/Twin: Sunday to Friday @ £115.00 / Saturday @ £125.00
- Clumber Double / Twin / Disabled: Sunday to Friday @ £105.00 / Saturday @ £115.00
- Clumber Family: Sunday to Friday @ £110.00 / Saturday @ £120.00 plus children’s
breakfast @ £5.00 per child
(up to the age of 12 and £10.00 for over 12 years of age)
Rates are inclusive of full English breakfast, use of the New Leaf Spa
between check-in (2pm) and check-out (11am) and VAT @ prevailing rate.
What happens next & How to Find Us
Once you have visited us, you are welcome to put a provisional hold on any available
date for 2 weeks without any obligation.
To have and to hold…..should you wish to hold your ceremony at the hotel and have
made a provisional booking with us, it will be necessary for you to contact the local
Registry Office who will advise you of the formal arrangements required. A deposit
payment to secure your ceremony time and date will be payable directly to them. Please
contact Nottinghamshire Registry Office on 01909 535310, between 9am and 4pm,
Monday to Friday. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
From this day forward…..to proceed with your venue booking, a deposit of £1000.00 is
required. Your Wedding Coordinator will then send you two contracts, please bear in
mind this will only have the basic details on as it is a work in progress, but will give
you an idea of timings and information the hotel requires. Once you have signed and
returned a copy, we can begin to plan your day.
Love, laughter and happily ever after…..as your celebration approaches, your Wedding
Coordinator will assist with the selection of menus, drinks and those all important
touches to make your day run smoothly. Every time you have a conversation or meeting
with us, your details will be updated until they fulfil every wish for your perfect day.
All prices include VAT at 20% and may be subject to change. Food and drink items are
correct at the time of going to press and may be subject to change.
The hotel is located on the A614, approximately 1 mile from the main entrance of the
National Trust Clumber Park and approximately 10 minutes drive from Worksop and
Retford, 20 minutes from Mansfield and 45 minutes from Nottingham City Centre. The
nearest locations for a reference point are Bothamsall, Thoresby and Ollerton.
