BULK EMAIL ADVERTISING: All email marketing must go through approved systems. iConnect, or an approved CRM such as Velocity. Emails must be approved by compliance. Emails in iConnect are preapproved. CAN-SPAM: You must have a valid “opt-in” for any email marketing that you conduct. Per CAN-SPAM, you can email those who have inquired within 90 days and those you have closed a loan for within 18 months. COMPANY NAME: The company name is American Financial Network, Inc. and can be referred to as AFN once the full name of the company has been displayed on the piece in a more prominent placement. EMAIL ACCOUNTS: All e-mails for business MUST go through your afncorp.com account. Business must not be conducted via any other personal account. Email domains that you purchased for business must be approved by compliance. FEDERAL DNC: Any telemarketing efforts must be approved by compliance. Scrub all numbers again the state and federal “Do Not Call” lists and maintain a Branch DNC list. Make us aware of anyone who has asked to be removed from our call list. MEDIA RELATIONS & PR: Do not speak with the media on your own. Please contact corporate to work with an approved company representative. Any press releases or media stories or interviews must be run through corporate. SOCIAL MEDIA: Do not post rates, offers, payments or scenarios via Social Media.
