What is iconnect?
What is iconnect?
Very simply, iconnect, ‘Connecting with customers
across Nuffield Health’, is the official name for the
project we formerly referred to as ‘The CRM Project’.
What will it do?
As the statement, ‘Connecting with customers across
Nuffield Health’ suggests – the iconnect project will
enable better customer relationships and interactions
across Nuffield Health.
Is it a database?
Yes, it is a central database for all our customer
information and interactions – however, iconnect stands
for more than the technology we’re using. iconnect
enables Nuffield Health to become more customer
centric. Connecting with customers, providing innovative
solutions and services for customers – making life easier
for all.
Is the system easy to use?
When will we start using the system?
iconnect will be phased in over time. We’ll be starting
with the booking of Physiotherapy appointments, and
other services will follow.
How can I stay up to date with what’s
happening?
We’ve created an ‘iconnect hub’ –
www.nuffieldhealth.com/iconnect - an online space
where you can find out the latest news relating to
iconnect. You’ll find useful FactSheets, FAQs about the
project and useful stats.

Similar to an internet based social network, it’s easy to
navigate and use – very logical and user friendly. It ‘s web
based so access and running times will be as stable as
your internet provision which means the system is quick
and reliable, both for Nuffield Health and our customers.
Who will use the system?
• Contact centres will use iconnect to book
appointments and collaborate with customers.
• Consultants and medical secretaries will sign into a
Portal to view and update personal information and
view outpatient appointments online
• Customers will be able to sign in to a Customer Portal
to book and pay for appointments.
• Private medical insurers (PMIs) and Medico Legals will
also be able to book physiotherapy appointments
directly online, and submit requests for outpatient
appointments via specific Portals.
• Nuffield Health will use iconnect to collaborate more
effectively across the business.
