This newly finished apartment is superbly located just 250m from the sea on the beautiful island of Ciovo (linked by bridge to Trogir Old
Town!). At the heart of everything and with stunning views of the surrounding islands and mainland. Just wander out on to the beach and be
amazed at the beautiful calm, clear, lapping water... The apartment has a double bedroom, a twin and one bathroom – a lovely balcony with

sea views and a pool area. For 2015, only one apartment here out of three will be rented out (2 floor), so you have the whole place to
yourself!
Okrug Gornji has a wonderful panorama view of the archipelago of Trogir’s own little islands! There are some incredibly picturesque turquoise
coves and pretty walks on the island if you want to get away from it all but the best beach in the area is just a short stroll from the villa and if
you’re hungry, the village and little marina are only a 10 minute walk where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The icing on the
cake is that the villa is just 5 minutes drive from the medieval town and Unesco Heritage site of Trogir - it is reputedly the most picturesque
town on the Dalmatian Coast and has a pretty harbour, marina, beautiful buildings and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

The main attraction of the Okrug Gornji is the long beautiful beach known as Copacabana that scallops around the curve of the bay. Okrug is a
pleasant beach resort with a good selection of bars and restaurants. During the day there are activities available like parasailing and
windsurfing and you can rent waterbikes and the odd jet ski so plenty to keep everyone amused. Rent a boat and explore the surrounding
islands Fumija, Kraljevac or Solta, Hvar and Brac ... Or hire a scooter or bike and explore the interior of the island of Ciovo – discover the old
village Žedno at the very top of the island and enjoy the beautiful view over the Adriatic islands. Follow the path and beaches to the tip of the
island!
The good selection of restaurants offer a wide choice of food. From the excellent pizza, served in the traditional ambience of Pizzeria Roko, to
fresh seafood delicacies in restaurant Leonardo. If you want to experience true Dalmatian atmosphere, visit restaurant Daga and taste its
unique steak.
There is a regular boat every 30 minutes drive from the Okrug Gornji to Trogir. Hop on at the small harbour in the Okrug and jump off in Trogir
at the end of the main waterfront (the “Riva”). There are frequent buses too!
