You will become the Team Captain of your team. 1 Team name = your organization’s name If your organization is raising funds/competing by department/division/location, use this naming convention: Organization name – Department name 2 As the Team Captain for your organization’s Team Page, create your Team’s username and password. 3 Now as the Team Captain for your Team Page, the software requires you to create a Personal Fundraising Page which is connected to your Team Page. 4 If you entered a personal Donation amount on the previous screen, you’ll be directed to pay by credit card. 5 If you made a personal Donation, you’ll be directed to this Dedication screen. You can be listed as “Anonymous”. To publicly display your name but NOT your donation amount, uncheck this box. 6 If you made a Personal Donation, you’ll be directed to this Confirmation screen. You’ll also receive a Confirmation email. 7 Highlights: • Customize your Team and Personal Fundraising pages. • Email participants (employees, clients, vendors, friends and family). • View team statistics. • Check progress toward goal. • Run donation reports. Use email templates or create customized content. Invite participants to sign up, stay motivated and receive progress updates. Include your unique Team Page link in your emails. 8 Rally support and celebrate progress through your social media pages. From My HQ > My Webpage, customize your Team Page, if desired, including the: • team page URL • team page header • image (you could replace campaign logo with an organization logo or photo) • image caption From My HQ >My Webpage, you can also customize your Personal Fundraising and General Team Donation pages. 9 After registering your Team, you’ll receive this confirmation email: Share your Team Page link with prospective participants. From Team Page, a participant will click “Join Our Team”, make a personal donation and invite family and friends to also join and donate. Or from Team Page, a participant can click “General Donation” to make a one-time donation without setting up a Personal Fundraising Page. The names of participants who donate from this area will not display. All donations raised through your Team Page support your organization’s results! 10 After setting up your Personal Fundraising Page, you’ll receive this confirmation email.
