GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE *** No.F.4(16)-FIN(PC}f88 Dated, Agartala, 31 March 2015 MEMORANDUM Subject Revision of remuneration of employees recruited on fixed pay basis against formal creation of fixed pay posts created by keeping abeyance regular scale posts. Consequent upon the re-fixation on modified revised pay structure of the Government employees appointed in regular scales of pay to services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Government of Tripura under the provisions of Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) (Twelfth Amendment) Rules, 2015, it has become necessary monthly remuneration to further consider the revision of of the employees recruited on fixed pay basis against formal creation of fixed pay posts by keeping abeyance regular scale of posts (including supernumerary posts). Accordingly, in partial modification of existing circulars relating to monthly remuneration of fixed pay employees issued from Finance Department, Government of Tripura from time to time and in reference to Rule 8 of the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009, the Governor is pleased to further revise monthly remunerations of such employees w.e.f. 01-01-2009 notionally and financial benefIt w.e.f. 01-04-2015 as follows: Category of employee Group - C Revised rate of monthly remuneration w.e.f. 01-01-2009 notionally and financial benefit w.e.f. 01-04-2015 75% of the minimum slab of entry level pay in the concerned Pay Band along with concerned Grade Pay (rounded off to the next multiple of 10) taken together as reflected in Part-E under heading 'Entry Pay in the Modified Revised Pay Structure for Direct Recruits appointed on or after 01-01-2006' of the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009 read with the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) (Twelfth Amendment) Rules, 2015 as per example below: Continued on P·2; P-2 Group - D 75% of the minimum slab of entry level pay in the concerned Pay Band along with concerned Grade Pay (rounded off to the next multiple of 10) taken together as reflected in Part-E under heading 'Entry Pay in the Modified Revised Pay Structure for Direct Recruits appointed on or after 01-01-2006' of the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009 read with the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) (Twelfth Amendment) Rules, 2015 as per example below: The lump-sum amount as has been released by the State Government in favour of the Fixed Pay employees w.e.f. 01-01-2009 will remain the same over and above the modified revised rate of remunerations. Example No.1 (Group-C case) : A person was recruited as fixed pay employee in the Group-C category against pre-revised pay scale of Rs.3300-7100j-. He was provided fixed pay remuneration by computing 65 % of minimum slab of the concerned pay scale (i.e. 65% of Rs.3300j-) which was later enhanced to 75%. Now his fixed pay remuneration shall be revised by computing 75% of the total of entry level pay in the Pay Band (Rs.6140j-) and concerned Grade Pay (Rs.2200j-) taken together as per the modified revised pay structure i.e. 75% of (Rs.6140 + Rs.2200) = Rs.6260.00 (rounded off to the next multiple of 10). Example No.2 (Group-D case) : A person was recruited as fixed pay employee in the Group-D category against pre-revised pay scale of Rs.2600-3545j-. He was provided fixed pay remuneration by computing 75 % of minimum slab of the concerned pay scale i.e. 75% of Rs.2600j-. Now, his fixed pay remuneration shall be revised by computing 75% of the total of entry level pay in the Pay Band (Rs.4840j-) and concerned Grade Pay (Rs.1400j-) taken together as per the modified revised pay structure i.e. 75% of (Rs.4840 + Rs.1200)= Rs.4680.00 . .:::J ~ ~ 1 ARMA) Joint Secretary to the Government of Tripura (K.
