TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders on plain paper are invited for sale of the following vehicle on "AS IS
WHERE IS BASIS" with terms and conditions as indicated below:Reserve value
Rs. 30, 0001The vehicle is available for inspection in the office complex of the DCF, Forest Training
Division, Hatipara, Agartala during the period 11 AM to 4 PM on all working days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:I.
Tenders in sealed cover should be addressed to the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Forest
Training Division, Hatipara, Agartala. The sealed cover should be marked as "TENDER FOR
PURCHASE OF VEHICLE".
2.
Sealed Tender should be sent by Registered Post with AID or through Courier service. No
tender by hand or otherwise except by Registered Post or Courier service will be accepted. Tender
will be received up to 3.00 PM on 10.06.2015 or before and opened on the same day at 3.30 PM,
ifpossible in presence oftenderers (s) who may wish to remain present.
3.
No tender will be accepted after 3.00 PM on 10.06.2015.
4.
Tender must be accompanied with earnest money of Rs. 6001- (Rupees six hundred) only
in the shape of 'Deposit at Call' pledged in favour of DCF, Forest Training Division, Hatipara,
Agartala on any scheduled Bank payable at Agartala, without which no tender will be accepted.
Earnest money of the successful tender will remain deposited as Security money till completion of
the tenderer process.
5.
Tenderers are required to quote their rates above the reserved price and rates should be
quoted both in words and figures.
6.
The successful tenderer will be required to deposit full amount by Demand Draft in favour
of DCF, Forest Training Division, Hatipara, Agartala with in 7 (seven) days from the date of issue
of acceptance order, failing which the offer of acceptance will be automatically cancelled and
earnest money will be forfeited.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender including the highest one
without assigning any reason.

8.
In case of declaration of Holiday due to unforeseen reasons I unavoidable circumstances
on the specified date of closing of receipt and opening of tender, the proceedings of tender
opening process will be held on next working day without making any reference or issuance of
notice.
9.
All disputes resulting from this tender notice and actions thereon shall be settled U:l.der
Jurisdiction of Agartala Courts (s).
