The Flowery Branch Farmers Market will support and promote a Green Community with the
partnership of small farmers, organic growers, artisans, crafters, bakers and local family farmer
production (within 100 miles in Georgia) to be marketed directly to the community with the purpose of
providing good natural health benefits of eating fresh food while supporting our local providers/vendors.

The following items may be sold WITHOUT a license; *Fresh Produce ~
*Cut Flowers & Herbs ~ *Breads, Pies, Cakes & Cookies ~
*Jams
& Jellies ~ *Honey ~
The following products REQUIRING a license; "Foods Not listed above requiring a Food Sales
Establishment License ~ *Eggs ~ "Dairy Products ~ "Organic Products ~ *Live Plants ~ *Meats, Poultry,
Fish & Seafood ~ *Low Acid/Acidified Foods (canned vegetables, pickles, salsa, etc.)

1 - NO Smoking or use of Tobacco Products, NO Alcohol or Drug use, NO Profanity or Unacceptable
Behavior, ... in or around your booth during the hours of the FBFM for sake ofthe patrons/vendors.
2 - Vendor space will accommodate a 10xl0 tent. It will be the Vendor(s) responsibility to provide tent,
table, chairs, sign displays, trash bags, etc. All Vendors MUST have 3 to 4 legs of the Tent Secured
with Sufficient Weights. Vendor(s) MUST clean up their area before leaving.
3 - All Farmers or Vendors required by the State of Georgia to maintain Insurance, hold Licenses or
Certifications must provide the Flowery Branch Farmers Market with a copy to keep on file.
4 - Vendor(s) selling by weight must use a scale approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
5 - Labeling Requirements for All baked goods and processed food products must be labeled in
compliance with Federal, State or Local regulations - including required by the Cottage Food Laws.
6 - All products sold at the FBFM must be grown or assembled within the State of Georgia.
Produce resellers will not be permitted to sell at the FBFM. NO Re-Branding or Re-Selling.
7 - Vendor(s) should have clean bags, containers or baskets for customer purchases.
8 - The Flowery Branch Farmers Market management reserves the right to inspect the premises where
products are grown or processed at any time during the market season. -Directions should be on file.
9 - All Vendor(s) and their representatives Agree that the Flowery Branch Farmers Market & the City of
Flowery Branch will NOT be held responsible for any damages, personal or bodily injury, sickness,
disease or death that may occur as a result of the vendor(s) or representatives negligence.
10 - Must Drive Slowly through Market area watching for pedestrians/vendors.
11- The FBFM management has the authority to expel any Vendor(s) from the market should any of the
above guidelines, policies or rules be ignored. NO Refund of fees will be returned if asked to leave.

W. Chestnut Street.
*This section of Railroad Avenue will be blocked off during the market event*
* There will be an assigned parking system this year, ... roughly based on last years preferences and to
accommodate any competing booths to be spread out evenly for fairness.

Please discourage selling to early customers until the market is Open
Please help direct any early customers from congesting in the road before 4:00pm
