Restrictions: Food sales are permitted and limited to pre- packaged items, unless you are a food vendor
with a catering/health department license.
Limitations on Liability: Except for claims arising solely from acts caused by the active negligence of
DDIY or its representatives, the exhibitor signing this agreement shall indemnify, hold harmless and
defend DDIY Nonprofit and its members against all claims, expenses, and liabilities arising from any act
or omissions of the exhibitor, their equipment, their employees, or contractors.
