TGCGS 2015 Meeting Series
The purpose of the Texas Gulf Coast Gastroenterological Society (TGCGS) is to disseminate and discuss
current and future scientific information relating to the digestive system. TGCGS is a professional
organization for nearly 150 board certified gastroenterologists and hepatologists in the greater Houston
area. Our specialty society offers members educational programs, networking, and mentorship
opportunities with local trainees.

Post-DDW – June 13, 2015
The 2015 TGCGS Post-DDW Symposium is a one-day meeting for physicians, physician assistants, nurse
practitioners, and nurses from community practices. The meeting will deliver a comprehensive
educational update highlighting the most clinically relevant advances in gastroenterology and
hepatology as presented at DDW 2015. TGCGS has assembled a group of faculty experts who are
responsible for data presentations and panel discussions. Cutting edge updates and lively interactions
with the audience make the TGCGS 2015 Post-DDW Symposium a unique opportunity to ask leaders in
the field how they diagnose and treat complex disease states. Over 100 health care professionals attend
the meeting which will be held in Houston.
Post-AASLD Symposium - December 5, 2015
The 2015 TGCGS Post-AASLD Symposium is a one-day meeting for physicians, physician assistants, nurse
practitioners, and nurses from community practices. The meeting will deliver a comprehensive
educational update on advances and updates in treating patients with chronic liver disease. The
treatment landscape for liver disease is changing drastically as new direct acting antiviral regimens are
introduced. These changes have a profound impact on clinicians and the Post-AASLD Symposium will
serve as the event for health care professionals in the region to get the latest information. TGCGS will
assemble a group of expert faculty who will develop the educational content for this course and will
serve as the speakers. Over 80 health care professionals attend this meeting which will be held in
Houston.
TGCGS 2015 POST-DDW AND POST-AASLD

Symposia. There are different levels of sponsorship available, as well as individual items available for
sponsorship. Recognition will be given to each sponsor in the conference program book, on all signage,
in pre-conference marketing materials and on the TGCGS website, www.focusmeded.com/tgcgs/. This
is a great opportunity to highlight your company or product to over 150 physicians, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants and nurses, who are all seeking opportunities to learn the latest information
available to improve patient outcomes.
TGCGS has chosen to provide general support opportunities for the 2015 Post-DDW and Post-AASLD

(www.phrma.org).
Important Deadlines:
Initial Agreement
Supporters that show interest must commit in writing by completing the Sponsorship Opportunities
form found at the end of this prospectus. Upon receipt of the completed form, the Letter of Agreement
will be processed. All signed agreements are final.
PAYMENT
Invoices are generated upon receipt of the fully executed Letter of Agreement with payment due 60
days from the date of the signed Letter of Agreement. Please include a copy of the invoice and/or
purchase order with payment.
