Instructions:
1. Only the Designated Co-op Owner can vote.
(If you don’t know who that is, call The Food Co-op
at 385-2883.) One Co-op number equals one vote.
2. For your ballot to be valid, your Capital Investment
must be paid up to current status by April 30, 2015.
3. Vote for up to TWO candidates.
4. Place your ballot in an envelope.
5. Sign and print your name and Co-op number
on the envelope.
6. Place the sealed envelope in the red
ballot box at The Food Co-op.
7. Or place the envelope with your signature
and Co-op owner number in a separate envelope
and mail to:
