Enclosed you will find a vendor information sheet along with an application and agreement form for the “Palmetto
State” Chili Cookoff to be held on May 23, 2015 in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.
If you are interested in being one of our vendors on that date, please complete the application and mail it along with your
payment and a picture of your crafts (if applicable) to the Chamber no later than the deadline of May 1, 2015 .
Let us know on the application if there are any specific needs or requests that you have for your space. Please be
reminded that requesting a particular space does not guarantee that you will receive that space. Please note that our
spaces have been enlarged to approximately 12’ x 12’.

NOTE: 90% of the net proceeds will be going to three selected charities this year.
1. Broken Wing Farm (with Autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow and have fun!)
2. Patriot Guards (“The Patriot Guard Riders is a 100% Volunteer, Federally registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization
which ensures dignity and respect at memorial services honoring Fallen Military Heroes, First Responders
and Honorably Discharged Veterans.” )
3. “B” Motivated Ministries (Help us keep those with disabilities motivated to live above their circumstances)
