Zumba - involves dance and aerobic elements. The
choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba,
salsa, merengue and mambo. (Squats and lunges too!)
No experience in dance neccassary. Teens to adults
welcome! Tennis shoes, water bottle, and a towel is
required as you will sweat! Taught by certified Zumba
instructor Emily Snow. Wednesday’s 9:30am-10:30
