The Beatles Forever—
A Short Story with Music
St. Clair Shores poet M.L. Liebler and musicians Eddie Baranek, Charlie Palazzola,
and Steve King perform Beatles Forever.
A short story about growing up in St. Clair
Shores with The Beatles. The program
features songs, sing-alongs from your favorite Beatles’ music. Share the laughs,
memories, harmonies and good musical
fun in the Library Community Room.

hanks to everyone who participated in the FOL Spring Used Book Sale in April —
those who bought books, donated books, and certainly our wonderful volunteers who made it all possible. Thanks also to Cathy and her wonderful Library
staff for their on-going support of the Friends books sales and programs. See you the third
weekend in July during the Cadillac Art Fair.
BOOK CELLAR
will be closing at the end of June—look
for bargain books while you can.
The Friends used book store is located
in the lower level of Long’s Antiques & Collectables at 218 N. Mitchell (across from Sears)
and is open Monday thru Saturday, 10am —
5pm. Closed Sunday. The next Used Book Sale
will be at the Library during the Cadillac Arts
Festival in July. To volunteer for future books
sales at the library, call Pat or Dan at 231-3940389.

Help support the Adult
Reading Program by donating your used or original artwork NOW for our
October Fundraiser. Check your closet,
basement, garage, attic, or easel and
consider making a donation. Artwork
can be dropped off at the Library or
call Jennie at 231-357-8856. Adults
needing to improve their reading and
language skills appreciate your support.

FARFETCHED on Display through March 2016
View "Farfetched" rock sculpture exhibit
up in the trees in City Park and near the
library. Created and installed by Andy
Moerlin, New Hampshire sculptor. There
are a total of 10 rock sculptures in the
trees —can you find them all? Look for
fund raising events coming up to help the Friends in
their support of this exhibit. Questions?? Call Vickie at

Wexford Historical Museum is open during the Summer
months on Wed 10-5, Thurs 10-8, Friday 10-5, Saturday
10-4 at 127 Beech St., former Carnegie Library.
