As a result, the above-mentioned BFP personnel will proceed to the next stage of promotion
process. They are directed to proceed at Maezelle Psycho Metier and Diagnostic Center fbeside
Total Gasoline Station), P. Tuazon, Quezon City on 05 March 2015. 7:00 o'clock in the morning
for Final Medical Examination in GOA uniform.
Further, they are advised to observe fasting [no food and liquid intake) starting from 9:00 pm of
04 March 2015 until the laboratory examination (the following day) and bring with them at least
one valid government issued Identification Card 0D) with picture, 1x1 colored pictures [4 pcs),
ballpen, pencil (no. 2), a copy of this memo as endorsement to Maezelle Psycho. Metier and
Diagnostic Center and extra rnonetary allowance intended for the laboratory examination.
Attendance is a must, non-compliance to this direetive may serve as ground for discontinuance
to undergo the next process as may be determined and deliberated by the Regional Personnel
Selection and Promotion Board,
