Twenty minutes of intense cardio followed by twenty
minutes of strength work, then twenty minutes of
focus on the core muscles of the abdominals and
torso. May include cycling.
Abs & Arms
A circuit style class formatted to use cardio and
strength moves to challenge your body’s muscles.
Focuses on either upper body & abs or lower body &
core musculature. Choose YOUR area of focus or hit
them all!

Fun, energetic classes designed for those who are
beginning their fitness journey or prefer a lower
impact workout. Focus on strength training, balance
and flexibility.
Cycling
A fun class setting great for all levels because YOU
control YOUR intensity. Takes you through a range
of climbs, sprints, intervals, etc for an outstanding
cardio workout!
Yoga / Chair
Yoga
Participants work on breathing, stretching, toning
and relaxation as well as strength.
Zumba
Zumba® features interval training sessions of fast
and slow Latin rhythms and resistance training; toning, sculpting and burning fat simultaneously.
Piloxing
A fun, energetic mixture of Pilates and Kickboxing
that will push you to your limits!
Pound
Rock your body into shape with this full-body cardio
jam session which combines light resistance with
constant simulated drumming!
