May include cycling. Abs & Arms A circuit style class formatted to use cardio and strength moves to challenge your body’s muscles. Focuses on either upper body & abs or lower body & core musculature. Yoga / Chair Yoga Participants work on breathing, stretching, toning and relaxation as well as strength. Zumba Zumba® features interval training sessions of fast and slow Latin rhythms and resistance training; toning, sculpting and burning fat simultaneously. Piloxing A fun, energetic mixture of Pilates and Kickboxing that will push you to your limits!
