Schedule of Events
In an effort to reduce waste, please bring your own tableware, utensils and
cups to each event that you’d like to sit, eat and /or drink at.
Day 1: Wednesday, March 25th, 2015
11:00 am
Charter/Lifetime Family Breakfast
Charter and Lifetime Member Families: Join us Rally Central for light
refreshments. We’ll bring you up to speed about all the exciting things
happening in the future for FtF!
12:00 pm
General Rally Registration Nikki
Meet Nikki at the Rally Central to pick up your welcome packet, t-shirts, etc.,
and sign up for activities and volunteer opportunities

Don your bathing suit and come join us for some wet and wild fun!

Minute to Win It Games with Mike and Nikki
Everyone Join us at Rally Central to play some fun family games!

Tie Dye Party with Kimberly and Erin
Bring a plain white t-shirt or your rally shirt to our Tie Dye Party.
7:00 pm
Family Meet & Greet – Dessert Party at Rally Central
Bring a dessert to share, drinks will be provided. Don’t forget your chair and
your own cup. Come prepared to make new friends!
8-9 pm
Glow Time Fun: Glow Hide and Seek and Glow Ring Toss
Come play glow in the dark games with Kimberly. All supplies provided.
Day 2: Thursday March 26th 2015
9:30 am
Coffee Clutch Group Discussion: Boondocking How Tos
Bring your coffee and your chair and join Rally Wagon Master Mike in this group
discussion to share the ins and outs of off grid camping.
11 am
Kids Craft Time - God’s Eye / Beaded Bracelets Kimberly
Meet Kimberly to craft do some all age crafting or take the Engineers Challenge.
Supplies provided.
12 pm
Poker Walk with Erin
Take a stroll with your family and lady luck and discover the desert while
gathering your poker hand.
2pm Pet Show (Need Volunteer Judges)
Bring your pets (live and stuffed) to rally central for the FtF Pet Show! Interested
in being a Pet Show Judge? Please let one of the coordinators know!

3:30 pm Minute to Win It Games Mike and Erin
Everyone Join us at Rally Central to play some fun family games!
6 pm
Campfire Cooking Class
Join us for a back to basics, cooking over open flame, ol’ fashioned pot luck.
Bring your meal on a stick or your foil packs and come cook your dinner on the
fire. We’ll provide the S’mores for dessert!
7:30 pm
FtF Explorers Black Light Hike with Kimberly
All children great and small join Kimberly on a hunt for creatures of the light.
Bring your black light and any other exploration tools. FtF Explorers, this hike
will help you earn your “Back to Basics Boondocking” Badge.
Day 3: Friday March 27th 2015
9:00 am - 12pm Ranger Led Activity for FtF Kids ages 5 - 16
Chaperones and FtF kids, join the Lake Mead NP Rangers for field activities and
junior ranger projects
9:30 Coffee Clutch Group Discussion: Your Favorite Apps with Kimberly
Bring your coffee and your chair join Kimberly in this group discussion to share
your top three favorite device apps.
11 am
Parade of Homes (Need two volunteer leaders male / female)
Since the majority of the kids are busy, should we have this adult activity for
those who are interested?
2 pm Back to Basics Craft Time - Kite Building Kimberly and Erin
Join Kimberly at Rally Central for some ol’ fashioned fun and games. All
supplies provided.

Back To Basics Boondocking Rally
4 pm Family Building Challenge Kimberly and Mike
Family teams will compete to build the tallest free-standing structure with a
unique assortment of building materials.
5:30 pm
You Bring it we Grill it / FtF Idol (Need 3 Volunteer
Judges)
Bring your choice to our grill masters and enjoy some dinner theater at the FtF
Idol Talent Show. (Sign up your act on the sign up sheet) Interested in being
one of our Grill Masters? Please let one of the coordinators know!
8 pm Ranger Led Star Gazing / Star Watching Program
Come watch the stars with the Lake Mead NP Rangers. They will be bringing
their equipment and talking all about the night sky.
Day 4: Saturday March 28th, 2015
9:00 am - 12pm Ranger Led Activity for FtF Kids ages 5 - 16
Chaperones and FtF kids, join the Lake Mead NP Rangers for field activities and
junior ranger projects
9:30 Coffee Clutch Group Discussion: Income Ideas for the Road with Mike
Join Rally Wagon Master Mike to learn about ways to make money on the road,
and share your own tips for location independent income sources.
2 pm Scavenger Hunt with Erin
Join Erin at Rally Central for your Scavenger Hunt List.
3:30 Wet and Wild Fun Kimberly and Mike
Don your bathing suits and come one come all for some wet and wild games!
6 pm Pizza Party / Salad Pot Luck / Auction Night with your Favorite
Auctioneer Mike! Group Photo at 6:15pm
We’ll be picking up pizzas (we will provide two per family, please sign up for
more/ type at the rally welcome). Bring a salad to share and the drinks of your
choice and join us for a rip-roarin’ good time as we auction off (we use play
money;) some awesome RV / Family products from our generous sponsors!
