





STANDS MUST BE COMPLETELY SET UP BEFORE THE SHOW OPENS AT 10AM
SATURDAY AND MUST NOT BE DISMANTLED BEFORE THE SHOW ENDS AT 4 PM
SUNDAY
THE ALLOCATION & POSITIONING OF TRADE STANDS WILL BE ENTIRELY AT THE
DISCRETION OF THE ORGANISER
ON REPORTING TO THE TRADE STALL STEWARD YOU WILL BE SHOWN YOUR
ALLOCATED PLOT WHICH WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED OUT FOR YOU.
TRADERS MUST NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE BOUNDARY OF THE ALLOCATED PLOT.
STEWARDS WILL HAVE THE POWER TO REMOVE FROM THE SHOW GROUND ANY
TRADER OR ARTICLES FOR SALE THAT ARE DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE.
THE ORGANISER & STEWARDS SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
ACCIDENT, (FATAL OR OTHERWISE), DAMAGE OR LOSS, (HOWEVER CAUSED), THAT
MAY OCCUR TO PERSONS, PROPERTY OR GOODS EXHIBITED ON THE SHOW
GROUND. TRADERS ARE REQUIRED TO REMOVE ALL LITTER AT THE CLOSE OF THE
SHOW.
HEALTH & SAFETY;
EACH TRADER MUST ENSURE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO HEALTH &
SAFETY AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION.
PLEASE COMPLETE RISK ASSESSMENT FORM ATTACHED AND RETURN WITH APPLICATION.
WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION;
IF FOR ANY REASON A TRADER WISHES TO WITHDRAW OR CANCEL BOOKING ALL FEES
WILL BE FORFEITED. HOWEVER IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED ALL MONIES WILL BE REPAID.

applying for a trade stand
Using the guidelines shown below please consider what risk there is to those building trade
stands and to members of the public during the Show. Outline the steps you propose to take
to minimise that risk in the table overleaf. Please copy the form if more space is required. If
in your opinion there is no risk, please print NO RISK and explain why there is no risk. The
acceptance of a trade stand with an accompanying risk assessment does not in any way
constitute approval by the Show of the completed risk assessment.
