How to place an order
1: Go to www.garia.dk
Log
g on to The Garia Dealer Extranet using
g the Dealer Login
g link in the bottom right

corner of the site. Log in with your Garia Dealer password that you have received in an
email. You can also access the extranet at www.garia.dk/dealers
2: Use the Orders menu link to navigate to the Search Stock/ Online Order
System.

3: Choose your search criteria.
To generate search results the criteria 'Model'
Model (Garia LSV or Garia Golf Car) and
'Color' must be filled in.
4: Choose options
When you have chosen 'Model'
Model and 'Color'
Color you can select seat type and color
color, wheel
design and options. The system lists cars that are available on stock or are in transit.
Cars that fulfill all the selected criteria will be marked with a green star. If all criteria
cannot be met the system will suggest alternatives. However, the search results will
always include cars that meet the criteria 'Model' and 'Color'.

If you are using the tool together with a customer, disable 'Dealer View' if you would like

6: Place your order
From the search results select the car you would like to order.

7: Fill in the order form
’Your

reference’ should include your name, fx John Johnson. Fill in ’Note’

reference. Press the ’Place Order’ button when you have reviewed your order.

Please review your order before confirming it. You will receive an automatic reply to confirm
that we have received your order. This is not your final order confirmation. You will receive a
confirmation e-mail
e mail as soon as a Garia service member has received your order and
confirmed the terms.

For a quick overview of your orders use the Order History link
Order State shows the state of your order:
Ordered: We have received your order.

Sold: We have received your payment and your order has
been approved for shipment.
Order ID: A unique ID
number for each order.
Cars: The Garia order
number for internal use.
Order Date: The date you
placed your order.
Your reference: The reference
information you entered when you
placed the order.
