Bachelorette Retainer Contract I, (name) ____________________ agree to adhere to the GH’s Hens and Venue Policies and to ensure the members of my bachelorette party are aware of these policies and adhere to the standards set by the venue. I acknowledge that I am providing $500 by way of Credit Card / Cash for the GH to hold for the entire duration of the night. I understand this retainer will not be returned if I or any members of the bachelorette party fails comply with the venue policies outlined in our Bachelorette policy. Name (print): Signature: Date: Manager (print): Signature: Date: Bachelorette Policy Effective March 1st March 2015 The GH is a popular venue for Bachelorette parties in Melbourne. Please find our bachelorette policy below. 1. Whilst we’re here to make your special night one to remember, please be aware that marriage is legally out of reach for many of our clientele. Whilst marriage equality is something we are still fighting for, please remember that not every patron will feel the same excitement about your special day as you do, and we ask that you show respect to our regular patrons and staff who cannot legally marry. 2. Bachelorette’s are not permitted to wear costumes that show the group is apart of a “hens night” i.e.: veils, penis headwear etc. 3. Bookings must be taken one month in advance for all bachelorette parties. Priority will be given to the earliest bookings. 4. Payment must be received in full at the time of booking. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking you will forfeit your payment in full. However should the date of your function be re-booked with a function of a similar nature we will refund 50% of your full payment. This will be payable the week after the function has occurred. Please note all monies will be forfeited if you arrive at the venue intoxicated or are ejected from the venue in accordance with the responsible service of alcohol guidelines. 5. A $500 retainer on top of your account will be held for the duration of the event. Conditions apply. 6. A Guest list is to be provided the Thursday prior to your event with full names of all guests in attendance. 7. Bachelorette’s are not eligible for General Admission or Guest list pricing. 8. Bachelorette’s wishing to enjoy a meal at the GH with The Dinner Ladies are eligible for discounted entry to The Hen area later in the night subject to availability. Please contact us to find out more. 9. Bachelorette’s arriving without a booking will not be admitted to the venue. 10. It is the responsibility of the entire group to ensure every member complies with our behavior and dress code policies. We will not make exceptions to our policies for anyone and any breach of these policies may result in refusal of service, refusal of entry, or removal from the venue. Our door staff reserve the right to refuse entry in ac cordance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol policies 18+ photo id required. 11. If you would like to request a song, all patrons can make requests using our Twitter feed by tweeting using the hash-tag #ghhotel. Our DJs have a responsibility to the entire crowd and whilst they try to accommodate all requests, please understand that the timing of such a request will be at their discretion. 12. Any form of ‘Game Card’ whereby the bachelorette’s compete with each other to complete challenges throughout the night must be provided to the venue for approval no later than the Tuesday prior to the function. The venue reserves the right to veto any game card deemed to not be within the spirit of this policy. 13.Drag Queens - Any interaction will strictly be at our discretion. Drag Queens may enter the Hen area or VIP Balcony for meet and greets between the shows, please let our hosts know if you would like this to occur. 14. Any outside alcohol brought into the venue in the form of a gift must be given to management to hold for the duration of your night. Any outside alcohol found on hens will result in the removal of the whole party from the venue and the loss of the retainer. 15. Inappropriate or suggestive comments about or towards patrons or staff will not be tolerated.
