All entries consist of two (2) 9” pies. Must be dropped off with this form no later than Friday April
17 at 9:00 am.
All pies for judging must be accompanied by this registration form.
One of the pies shall be made in the pie plate provided. These pies will be sold as part of the
Silent Auction.
Winning Pie will be sold at the Live Auction
No professional entries allowed
