GENERAL INFORMATION: Vehicles of SHOW QUALITY only (no restrictions on manufacture date) will be accepted for participation
and/or entry to the event. NO HYDRAULICS. T-shirts, tri-tip sandwich and dash plaques are available for pre-registered entries received
by July 10, 2015 only. All vehicles entered in this event must be licensed, insured and registered for the event.
OPERATION: Event sponsor reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the Garlic City
Fun Run. Open headers and unnecessary tire spin, or any other reason an entrant or his/her vehicle, their appearance or conduct are
deemed objectionable by event sponsor, entrant and vehicle will be subject to eviction from the event area. Any poor behavior outside
of the event will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrant to event area. In the case of any eviction or restriction, the
Gilroy Downtown Business Association is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion. Parking is on a first-come
basis.
LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by execution
of this entry form, hereby release and discharge The Gilroy Downtown Business Association, The City Of Gilroy, their officers, directors,
employees, agents, representatives, servants and anyone else connected with management and presentation of the 14th Annual Garlic
City Fun Run of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims that may be suffered by
the entrants to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons
and bodies from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating
with entrant and under direction or control of entrant.
