for children 3 year and potty trained
through 5th grade. Children will all
continue to be checked in and checked
out in the courtyard. The only difference
applies to our Preschool students:
Preschool students will join the older
children in the Church building.
Preschool parents will check out their
children at the Sunday School table,
which is the same place as check in.
Here's what we'll be learning about in
June:
Conviction: Standing for what's right,
even when others don't.
This Week - Matthew 26:36-46. We start
by talking about Jesus' conviction as
he's praying in the Garden of
Gethsemane right before he's arrested.
Serving our community every second
Saturday of the month.
In June and July we will be returning to
Feed My Starving Children.
June 13th – 9:00am - 11:00am

There will be a pancake breakfast at the
Applebee’s in Tempe from 8am to

and we will be the staff who greet
guests, wait tables and do the clean up
on this event. If you would like to

Somerville in the church office at 480839-0906 or [email protected].

water now thru June 14th. This year our
goal will be to collect 400 cases of
water. You can drop off the water at the
church or gym on Sunday mornings, and
during the week the church and school
offices will be collecting the water. If
you would prefer to make a monetary
donation please be sure to note
‘water drive’ on the memo line of your

be able to purchase a pallet of water
from Costco which is 78 cases.

ATTENTION – S Corporations can now claim a Tax Credit!
Recently, the Corporate Tax Credit law was expanded allowing Subchapter S
Shareholders to participate in the Tax Credit Program. This is a great opportunity for
smaller business owners to support private education while receiving a tax credit at
the same time. HOW IT WORKS:

S-Corps can make a tax credit donation and pass a proportionate share of
the credit onto their shareholders (owners). The total contribution made by
the S-Corp in the taxable year must be at least $5000.

S-Corp shareholders can donate to both the Corporate and Individual Tax
Credit programs on their individual income tax return.

There is an application and pre-approval process that must take place. This
process will begin on July 1, 2015.
