All students including Open University Students must pay and register on line by May 31, 2015. After May 31st, late fees will apply. Full tuition
refunds will only be given prior to the 1st day of classes. During the first four (4) days of class 50% tuition refunds will be issued. No refunds will
be given after the first four (4) days of class. Health insurance and late fees are non-refundable.

Move-in
Dormitory and Homestay Move-In

First day of dormitory and homestay living. Please contact the IEP
office for early move-in instructions

Location: Yasuda Center
Exam: Placement Testing will take place this day. Students who miss the
exam on this date will need to schedule late testing with the IEP office.

IEP / ELP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
For each student’s protection, CSUSB has a policy that all students must have health
insurance. The health coverage is provided by U.S. Affinity Travel Accident Insurance
Plan.
Vacation quarter students must have health insurance as well. Therefore, a student will
not be approved for a vacation quarter until the student has paid for their health
insurance.
